Product / Quality Policies

Quality I always try to provide products of high quality. If you ever receive a product that you are not pleased with, please let me know immediately so I can remedy the situation. This way I can also know what suppliers to avoid in the future.
Guarantee / Warranty The suppliers I use typically have a 30-day money-back or replacement guarantee. In some cases, the product needs to be returned to the factory; in others it needs to be returned directly to me. I always try to provide the guarantee information wherever I offer the product, whether it be on an eBay auction, on this site, or in my newsletter. If you ever have any question about the guarantee or warranty, please contact me.
Shipping Time Products are shipped as quickly as possible. Soft products, such as links to ebooks or coupon codes, are linked to or emailed immediately or within one (1) business day after payment is received.

Coupons or other paper products are sent via USPS on Monday thru Saturday after payment is received.

Other products are usually shipped within two (2) business days.
Out-of-Stock Items Back-orders are always a potential problem. If an ordered product is discovered to be out of stock, I will immediately inform you and give you the option to cancel the order.
Disclosing Prices In order to maintain my relationships with my suppliers, I am not allowed to disclose the prices I pay for items.

Auction Policies

Pricing / Initial Bid The initial bid price that I set for an auction is the minimum amount I will accept for the item. This price does NOT include any drop-ship fees, packaging costs, eBay fees, PayPal fees, or handling costs. It does include product material costs, labor costs, other costs, and a reasonable profit margin.
Feedback Positive feedback is critical. I try to provide feedback on all orders as soon as payment is made, even before shipping! If you have any problems or concerns, please contact me before leaving any negative feedback. I would appreciate the opportunity to correct any errors.

Payment Policies

Payment PayPal is my preferred method of payment, but money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and cash by mail (at your own risk) are acceptable. You can also use your VISA or MasterCard. To use your VISA or MasterCard directly, please mail (NOT E-MAIL) the following information to Len Stillman, 5794 W. Poll Drive, Morgan, UT 84050:

  1. the name as it appears on the credit card,
  2. the credit card number,
  3. the card’s expiration date,
  4. your name and address,
  5. your shipping address (if different from your address), and
  6. your phone number (so I can contact you if there is a problem).
Shipping Products will not be shipped until payment has been received. In the case of checks or money orders, this means they must clear through the banking system.
Shipping Shipping fees include the actual postage or calculated shipping fees (usually UPS Ground).
Handling Costs Handling fees include drop-ship fees or packaging costs, eBay listing and final fees, and PayPal or other credit card payment processing fees. That way, eBay’s final fees do not include an additional percentage of their own fees or PayPal’s fees. I do not inflate handling fees to make additional profit; they ONLY include enough to recover costs. In this way, the price is kept to a minimum.
